Private Town Party

Using the banning features, we added the private town party, where players can have the server for themselves with up to 5 friends.

• As a player I want to choose the people I play with, so I have more fun.
• As an interface I want to give a form to the player, so they can book the server.
• As a bot I want to check if there is a party going on, so I can kick players that are not invited.
