Warn Player
You have to make sure to talk to the Townie, BEFOR you file a warning here.
A warning will have lasting consequences on the Townie, and might lead to a permanent ban.
We will always try to solve the problem with a talk first.
In that talk, you as a moderator, will be the nicest person you can be, even if you are involved in the situation. You will not only tell the Townie, that what they are doing is against the rules, you will also explain, why it is against the rules, so they surely understand the reasons and can avoide that behaviour in future times.
You will not shout, call them names, or any other behaviour that is even close to breaking on of our rules, during that talk!
Even if the Townie only sais "OK! Dumbass", we will concider this as an agreement, and not file a warning. Keep an eye on them then, but don´t follow them around to controll them. You should, however, remember their username!
Always remember: There is a huge chance, that the Townie was not aware of the rule. There is also a huge chance, that they realy did not mean it they way it was received by someone else. We do not use warnings as our first choice, ever!
Only if the Townie avoids a talk, consider warning or banning.
